Andrew, we present all offers to our sellers. If the buyer's agent insist on their traditional split of a commission, we will offer it to the seller. It will be up to the seller to accept the buyer's agent commission or not. In the end the seller will still save as you do not pay the high commission on the listing side of the transaction.
